「夫婦懇談會」於1958年由西班牙神父Fr. Gabriel Calvo創立，他利用心理學的原則與方法，幫助夫婦們深入溝通，使彼此更了解，更融洽相愛。「夫婦懇談會」後來傳遍世界各地，而華語夫婦懇談會則至 1989年才在美國的南加州開始，目前並已在中國和香港起步。懇談會重視家庭的傳統價值，協助夫婦建立幸福、美滿、健康的家庭，使婚姻生活更有意義，更有目標。

宗　旨

本會的宗旨是仰賴基督信仰的力量及婚姻聖事的恩寵，幫助夫婦獲得婚姻生活的滿全，從而建立健康快樂的家庭。

目　標

本會透過籌辦夫婦懇談會週末營、續談會及相關的活動，幫助參與夫婦深入交談，從而加深互相之間的了解及相愛，願意同心協力在幸福美滿的婚姻路上邁進，藉此見証上主對人類的愛，臨現於夫妻生活及家庭之中。
